  Great atmosphere. Menu was interesting and enticing. They were welcoming of our small kids - textas and activity brought to the table the minute we walked in. We ate: Paella (it was more of a risotto, but nice), linguina marinara (one of the best ever, but a small serve), kids fish and chips (nice fish), lemon tart (yum), choc mousse (fantastic). Staff were very friendly, however they were also extremely busy and it was hard to get the bill at the end. They cater for all sorts of diets BUT, their menu has a message titled "Fussy Eaters" which is about that. We were very offended. We're not fussy and are not children. And dealing with a dietary restriction (my partner has coeliacs disease) linked to a medical condition every time you eat out (that is every single time, imagine it!) is no fun for us. Being labelled "fussy" was almost enough to get us to walk out, which would have been a shame because it's a nice place with good food. I hope they read this and change their menu to remove the insult. Also, the kids menu was pretty boring, unhealthy and lacking in nutrition (fish and chips, pizza, bowl of wedges - that is not a meal!, nuggets and chips) and could have done with some token vegetables even if the kids ignore them (or at least a pasta dish) instead of just junk food. But one of the better meals I've had in Mornington.

  We had our engagement after party here a few weeks ago and had a great night! We had our closest friends and family with us so we had the whole front deck to ourselves. The food was fantastic and we didn't have to wait long. They also allowed us to split the bills at the end of the night! A lovely way to finish off our special day

  I had the fillet medallions /w prawns and bernaise sauce. Meat was extremely tender and the sauce was great. Sides of pumpkin/potato were also good. Atmosphere was nice and staff were friendly, meals came out quickly too. Other diners in the restaurant were also complimenting the food.
