  Janine at Peninsula Cake Art is not only talented and extremely professional; she is also absolutely delightful to deal with. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working together with her to create our dream wedding cake. From the first contact, she responded promptly to emails and phone calls, organising a suitable time for my husband and I to attend for a consultation and cake tasting. There was no obstacle that she was unable to overcome. She provided helpful advice and suggestions that we hadn’t considered, at the same time respecting our wishes. She was also very helpful with the choice of flavours. As my husband and I were unable to reach an agreement, she sorted us by having three tiers with three different flavours: chocolate mud, white mud and raspberry swirl. They were absolutely DELICIOUS! Our friends and family still can't stop talking about how good it was all these months later. Even my mother-in-law was happy! When I first saw my wedding cake I couldn’t have been happier. Janine surpassed all expectations. It was truly a work of art worthy of a permanent place in the National Art Gallery. Thank you so much Janine, for helping make our day so much more special.
