  BEWARE!! Think again before having any servicing of ride-on mowers (or anything else) done here... Sent our ride-on mower there for major servicing, they took months, found a number of 'reasons' to expand the job over that time, replaced parts that clearly have nothing wrong with them, bill went into thousands. When we finally got it back, they'd stuffed up about every adjustment and alignment/measure on any part they removed or adjusted. CLEARLY had been serviced without the manual, just massively overtightened every bolt and made up every setting. Probably gave it to the work experience kid to stuff up. Took hours of our own scouring the manual to get it back to passably functioning. When we complained, rude letter blaming everything on us, denying any responsibility for a circa 4k bill. HORRENDOUS, STEER CLEAR.

  I've been a regular customer for many years now, and have always found Paton's service to be exceptional. After sales support for my kubota tractor is great and they were only too happy to help with any queries that ive had. Would highly recommend.
