- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Whenever I want fresh as opposed to frozen and thawed this is the only reliable supplier I've found locally. They source their supply on a daily basis (not weekly). They have a huge range and it's the real deal with species such as Australian barramundi, not the lesser quality import. Of course you are going to pay more than you would at the supermarket, but it depends on whether you just want to eat something fishy or you want to really savor the freshness and flavor of the best you can get.
